In the early years of our real estate ventures, we had the privilege of working with many Homeowner Associations and found there was a disconnect between the expectations of the HOA and the service provided by the management company. We made it a point to ask HOA members what it was they really wanted from their management company and what they felt they were missing. Customer service skills and experience was at the top of the list along with Board Member education and a fair price for management services. We put our heads together and decided we were the team to fill this need. Through the use of technology and our experience, we were able to put a plan in motion to achieve this.
It is far more satisfying to provide excellence than it is to just meet the basic needs of an HOA. Mediocrity is not acceptable.
